The beginning
Starting young, learning properly
The early years
Andy first entered the trade at 14 through work experience. That placement soon became a weekend job, where he began learning the trade hands-on.
The early days meant ladders, long days and an old white van. The vehicles later became the unmistakable All Seasons yellow. When the McDonald's contracts arrived, the presentation needed to become smarter, so the vans returned to white with green and red vinyl signage.
The experience came first. EverPetal grew from everything learned along the way.

Experience earned on real installations
Craig Ollerton taught Andy both the practical work and the realities of running a business. When Craig later stepped back, Andy took over the business and continued developing the work from there.

Years of commercial work brought larger briefs, fuller planting and increasingly ambitious installations—always assembled with the same hands-on attention to detail.

A family that joined the journey
Behind years of work is a family that has supported the business and regularly pitched in whenever needed.
Katie came into Andy's life in 2016 and has supported the business whenever possible while raising their family. Levi and Penelope also helped regularly and enjoyed coming along during those years. As with many small family businesses, everyone has had to get involved at times.
Everyone pitching in has always been part of how the work gets done.
